We’re fans of the Timberturner jacket thanks to its lightweight build and warmth for its weight. Slope-hitters will probably want to add extra layers if it gets below 20°F (-7°C), and not everyone will love the bold color schemes, but for $80, this jacket is an absolute no-brainer.

Evo has been on a roll lately, offering killer deals on a wide variety of last season’s equipment. As the off-season rolls on, the deals have only gotten better.

This week, we wanted to highlight an especially solid deal for the powder hounds out there. Evo is offering this season’s Icelantic Saba Pro skis for a whopping 50% off. These skis offer a rare combination of excellent powder performance and decent groomer proficiency, making them a great daily driver for those primarily skiing in the Rockies or West Coast.

Okay—we’ll admit that when we saw this snowboard deal, we thought it was too good to be true. But it turns out that not only is Evo offering over 50% off on the Season Aero Snowboard, but is also partnering with Season to offer complimentary service for the life of the snowboard! 🤯

The Season Aero Snowboard is already great if you’re looking for a high-performance snowboard that can shred through trees and bowls, but as part of this deal, the piece comes packaged with free-of-charge binding mounts, annual tunes, and unlimited waxes. It’s rare to get a board with this performance at this price range—and when it comes to a board with a comprehensive maintenance package, even rarer.

So what’s the catch? Well, this Season Aero board is a holdover from the now-long-over 2022 season, so Evo has marked it down to sell. But if you don’t care about having the latest design, it’s hard to find a better all-mountain snowboard deal than this one.

Patagonia

Storm Shift Snow Pants

Patagonia has a ton of excellent winter clothing deals as part of its 2023 Summer Sale. But if you’re in the market for a new pair of snow pants, you’ll especially be in luck this week.

A good pair of snow pants is crucial to stay comfortable on the slopes, and the cheapest pairs won’t be as waterproof or insulated as one might need to stay sufficiently dry in the harshest conditions. At $189, Patagonia’s Storm Shift pants may still seem pricey, but their long-lasting quality and Gore-Tex waterproofing material make them well worth the investment.

And while some of Patagonia’s sale items face limited availability, the Storm Shift pants are—at least as of Aug. 7—still available in most sizes and colors for both men and women.

If the Storm Shift pants aren’t a fit, Patagonia is also offering 50% off on its Powder Town and Stormstride pants in select sizes.
